ITS TIME TO UPDATE! :)
I went for my NAFA theatre audition on the 22nd of march and hell yeah i did awesomely great. im serious. even the judge stood up and clapped for me and said he was impressed! :)
As much as im trying to not be too over confident that i will be getting into this school, sumhow..i just think i will make it. I had to read to them a poem, act a skit as well as sing.
Here is the poem that i read to them, trust me i read it with full of emotion and expressions..haha! so here you go people..the title is CONFUSED :
Confused by
Jennifer Wooters
Some days you seem so close
Like you stand right before me
But then the next day you seem so far
like each other we can't see,
Each day is like a roller coasterwith my stomach turning upside down
You stand there looking but yet you don't utter a sound,
I feel so confused and my heart is being torn at its seams
And every night that I sleep you seem to linger in my dreams,
Every time I look at you I forget all my thoughts
And right then and thereit's you that my heart has sought,
Every time I hope it turns into something bad
So for right now I'll stop thinking
And maybe things won't end up sad.
I read this poem to them and i could really feel how the poet feels..i imagined myself reading it and saying it to my late father. That was how i managed to nail it down.:)
And as for the Skit part...i guess i was way too emotional that i seriously did cry on that part. i LITERALLY CRIED infront of the judges while i was putting up that skit. Its about my mum who had left me 12 years ago and suddenly she pops up right infront of my door and seeking for forgiveness..i expressed to my "mum" how much i had suffered all my life..and i told her how much i hated her for leaving me all alone in darkness and fears. Oh ya..i said this too "mum, do you know how it feels like when i see all my schoolmates, their mum kissing them off gdbye to school and walk with them to the gate?, i had nobody mum..nobody...i was all alone mum and did you really care? i don't think so mum..i don't even know if the word LOVE existed in your dictionary mum"
While i was saying that part, that was the time when i cried. Tears started rolling down my cheeks during the audition and after that, the judge stood up and clapped n said im impressed,well done:)
Ok moving on, after that i had to sing and so i sang my all time favourite song.. FLY ME TO THE MOON..it was ok everything went well:)
Ok enough of audition! haha!
anyway, yesterday i went for tanglin sec achievers day. haha! i got an award for top in malay and art n design. FIRST TIME in my life i got FIRST for MALAY. Never thought im quite good at it though..wahahah! For Art..oh wells..expected lah:) so after that me hairi aidil n my lil bro plus sufri headed on to makan opp tanglin sec, It was really fun. We took pictures and me n hairi was really crazy..we pretended to be drunk n took the pics together! n my face..freaking HORRIBLE!
Ok i beter get going now and do the house chores!
